Red Carpet Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

This Return and Shipping Policy is a part of our Terms of Use available at https://redcarpet.jewelry/terms-of-use/, and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of use. In the event of any conflict between our Terms of Use and this policy, the terms of this policy shall prevail.

Any capitalized terms which are not defined herein shall be as defined in the Terms of Use.

It shall be clarified that any shipment dates referred to below only relates to the dates in which any product and/or goods will be first placed by RCJ for shipment, and not to the date in which you will actually receive the relevant product and/or goods.

How soon will I receive the jewelry I ordered?

Ready to Ship Jewelry – If you purchased and products and/or goods as it is from the Ready to ship Jewelry category, or if you requested a change of size in the existing jewelry, we will ship the item up to 48 hours from the moment of your order is fully approved by us.

Build Your Own Jewelry – Products and/or goods you designed yourself from the existing models on any Service (i.e., you chose the setting, size, metal color and diamond of the ring), will be shipped within up to 6 business days following the date on which your order is fully approved by us.

Custom made jewelry – Any products and/or goods that you designed yourself and/or asked us to make changes to existing models (added stones, engraving, etc.): you will first be provided with a picture of such product and/or goods within up to 4 business days for your final approval.

From the moment the jewelry is approved by you, such product and/or goods will be shipped within up to 5 business days following the date on which your order is fully approved by us.

Once the jewelry image is approved, you will not be entitled to request any further changes to the jewelry.

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the Fedex / DHL company.

RCJ shall not be liable for deliveries made by third party curriers. The estimated date for delivery of any product and/or goods will be set out in the order confirmation message we will send you. If anything occurs which is outside of our control and which affects the estimated date of delivery, we will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the product and/or goods.

Delivery of any product and/or goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you provided us. You will be responsible for the product and/or goods when delivery has taken place including ensuring that you follow any instructions or manuals provided with the product and/or goods.

We will use reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date, but it should be clarified that delivery dates are only estimates and we will not be liable in contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from such delivery dates not being met, including delays in meeting delivery dates caused by public holidays and/or bank holidays and/or acts of god. Where you have ordered more than one (1) item, we may make delivery in one (1) or more instalment.

At any time, you can track the shipment through your personal area on the relevant Service.

Items on sale- All sale items may not be eligible for a refund, however. will be accepted for returns in accordance with our Return and Shipment policy as long as the item has not been altered in any way.

Will shipping cost me money?

RCJ provides worldwide free shipping services. We are creating each product with love and care and we are sure that you will love your jewelry! If for any reason you decide to return your jewelry (according to our returns policy), you will be charged for the return shipment.

Do I have to pay additional taxes?

Taxes payments are in accordance with the tax policies of each country.
Our customers in the US will not be charged with tax, however our customers outside of the US may be charged local taxes in accordance with the tax policies of each country.

Return and Refund Policy:

If I did not like the piece of jewelry and I am interested in returning it, is it possible?

With our 30-day return policy, you can order any item from RCJ and return it for a full refund, provided that we receive the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that certain jurisdictions may entitle senior citizens, new immigrants, people with disabilities and other categories of customers for a longer cancellation and refund period. If you are aware of any such circumstances, kindly contact us and we will address your request individually.

If the jewelry that you ordered is not exactly what you are expecting for, you can return or exchange it, providing the item is returned in original, new and unworn and accompanied by all original documentation:

  1. Original IGI certificate of authenticity provided to you with the product.
  2. Original jewelry documents provided to you with the product.
  3. All free accessories including (but not limited to) the gift bag, presentation box, and any other free items shall be returned in reusable condition.

Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are non-returnable: items that have been modified, engraved or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; layaway orders after 30 days from purchase; Build your own jewelry (Jewelry based on existing models, that you choose the diamond, ring size and metal) and custom designed jewelry (Jewelry that is not based on existing models on the website). Please note that in case of return, or request for change of product, your will bear all shipping costs. RCJ will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Return Procedure

We make sure to produce and deliver the jewelry with great professionalism just as you ordered it. If you are interested in returning the jewelry or if a repair is required, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us – tell us why you want to return the jewelry or what needs to be repaired.
  2. Your Return Authorization format- Email us to [email protected] to request your Return Authorization form. You will then be emailed PDF return instructions. Please print and include this form in your shipment back to us for identification purposes.
  3. Pack the item in original, new and unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation as listed above.
  4. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Express or Priority Mail, insured for the total value of the contents. The recorded shipping date back to Red Carpet Jewelry must be within 30 days from the confirmed date you received your package. Any item subject to return shipped outside of this time restriction will not be accepted for.
  5. Once we receive your returned item it’ll be inspected by our quality control department. If accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few business days.

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and could result in an additional charge or denial of your return.

I chose the wrong size of jewelry, what do I do?

RCJ provides one free resizing service in the US for 30 days from the time of receipt of the jewelry (for countries outside the US you will be charged $50). If you received the jewelry and the size does not fit, contact us by email, so that we can provide you with a dedicated return form for changing the size.

Add this form to the package and send it to the address:

we will make sure to adjust the jewelry to the desired new size and send it back to you.

We spend a lot of time creating the jewelry, please use a Ring sizer before purchasing to make sure the size you are ordering is accurate.

Is there insurance on the jewelry at the time of delivery?

Of course, every piece of jewelry that goes out to the customer has insurance for the moment it is personally delivered to the customer.

Do I have to be home to receive the package?

Definitely, having purchased a special and prestigious piece of jewelry, you should be at home to receive the package and sign it. If you confirm to the shipping company that you wish not to personally receive the package, you will lose the insurance that the shipping company provides.

What happens if I did not answer the shipping company?

The shipping company will contact you to collect the shipment, if you did not answer them the shipment will return to us and the shipping cost will be charged by the customer.
